Redundancy, scalability and reliability are three key factors that were considered while planning Drukonnet’s physical and technology infrastructure. We thus have a robust business model and practice risk mitigation in all our functions: customer mix, operational processes, multiple delivery centers and networking redundancy.
Designed to please the most demanding of customers, the DBS delivery center is housed on a 88,000 square feet building, built to international standards and specifications, guaranteeing redundancy on all levels. This includes internet bandwidth via a dedicated IPLC between the US and Bhutan offices, which are further supplemented by a back-up, redundant power supply, OFC connectivity between each of the buildings and with the rest of the city via linkage to national telecommunication companies.
Drukonnet’s partnership will help the clients create a scalable, centralized off shoring platform with inherent controls and plug and play capabilities.
